If you are looking for a realtor look no further. Amanda Smith is who you want! She helped us sell our home in 5 days and found us our dream house with a price we could afford! Amanda has the positive energy and creative abilities to assist in your selling or buying endeavors. She gets to know you, interprets your likes and dislikes accurately and seeks out homes based on your true wants and needs. She did a phenomenal job at negotiating both the sale of our home and the purchase of our dream home. Amanda introduced us to her contact Bryan Upchurch at Merit Mortgage and we were able to obtain a mortgage quickly and closed without any delays. She accommodated my hectic schedule with appointments and showings, kept us on track during our tours and wasn’t afraid to ask us objective questions about the properties we thought we liked! Even after our closings, Amanda continues to keep in contact with us and is interested in the satisfaction we have in our new home. We will use Amanda again when the time comes.
