Alex was incredible to work with on the purchase of our home here in Houston. As we were coming from out of state, she was extremely knowledgeable about the area, responsive to our needs, and made the entire process seamless.She showed us different parts of town and gave us countless virtual tours as we could not travel in advance of the closing. With her construction background, Alex helped us identify things to consider when buying different homes and she was able to negotiate a credit to help with needed repairs on the home.All in all, we highly recommend Alexandria Rosales with Schroeder and Co!

I recently had the opportunity of working with Alexandria Rosales to purchase my home in Kingwood, TX, while I was living in another state. From start to finish, she was an absolute professional, guiding me through the entire process with expertise and dedication.Since I was unable to view the property in person, her knowledge of the Kingwood area was invaluable. She took the time to virtually walk me through the home, providing detailed information and answering every question I had. I could not possibly recommend Alexandria more highly! My friend referred me to her when I told her I was moving to San Antonio. We called her on a Sunday and on Monday she drove from Houston to San Antonio and visited several properties for us. We were looking to purchase a house sight unseen and so Alexandria provided us with detailed videos of a walk-through of each property and the surrounding area with important details of each property. By Monday night we decided to put an offer in on a property and by Tuesday morning it was accepted!I cant think of anyone better to work with during the process of buying a home than Alexandria, especially when we were out of state and on a tight timeline. She answered all our questions and advocated for us throughout the entire process. She is also just a wonderful, kind, lovely person who makes the process of buying a home as fun and stress-free as possible!
