Steven came, reviewed and gave me a higher offer right away unlike the others who took a few days to get back to me. He’s very professional and honest. He even gave me some advice/questions to ask the other investors. Even though I went a different route to sell my house, I would highly recommend Steven.

Lazar is a very honest person. I asked him many questions and he answered them all in a very kind and professional manner. He did not rush me to make a committment. He put up a substantial earnest money amount and no option period, proof that he was serious and honest.He provided me with details what my house was truly worth and why( repairs needed,etc.). He also was able to close in about one week. His offer was the most I received from a total of 10 offers.I was able to call the title company and ask many questions. I am a seasoned real estate investor, but I have only dealt with ugly house buyers on two transactions. One recently and one a year ago. With all my experience, I still got burned twice last month. Two different buyers got my house under contract and then refused to close at the last minute. Ali Day with Texas All Cash even went several days after the closing date to inform me that they would not be buying my house. I was told by an investor that they had posted my house on Facebook while I was thinking they were serious about buying my house. This is crazy because they have great reviews and I was one of the ones that gave them a great review a year ago!!!!Chelsie with Alamo City gave me the best offer out of several house buyers. Chelsea was a blessing! I contacted Alamo City House Buyers to assist my mother sell her empty lot to help fund the renovations to her own home. With the initial bid, we werent interested but Chelsea offered to come by anyway and explain their industry and process. We didnt have any experience or knowledge of what to expect in selling property or a lot, in this case. So, it was a great idea and opportunity to learn what we were getting ourselves into. When Chelsea came, she witnessed the distressed home my mother was living in, and out of sheer compassion and passion she fought for us to get a better offer. Greg, Laser and Steve are an awesome team to work with. When Greg came out to see the house he was very informative on the process of purchasing our home. I was honest with him and advise him that I did have other possible buyers coming to see the house, he was fine with it he even told me that if I needed him to look over anything that he would be more than happy to do so. We met other possible buyers, but they had to many demands and didnt even come close to what we were asking for the house. Greg was very fair with his offer and we felt very comfortable with him and his team. we did hit a snag and had to prolong selling our home for a few months. Greg was very understanding and told me that when we were ready to give him a call. Greg remembered me right away when I called him a few months later. ❤ This review has been a long time coming. Three years ago I fell on hard times. I knew having a foreclosure due to a predatory tax loan couldnt be on my credit.
