After trying numerous transaction coordinators I can honestly say Laura Goodwin is a step above the rest. The system she uses to keep the transactions flowing are wonderful. Everyone is kept informed and she is diligent in tracking down all necessary information that pertains to the file. She is very knowledgeable in real estate and has excellent customer service skills. She is not only a Transaction Coordinator but often a coach to our agents providing solutions when problems occur during their transactions. Her work ethic is a breath of fresh air in today’s world.

I was fortunate enough to be introduced to Samantha Bain with ATS when I really needed someone! I was opening 2 escrows on the same day and one had extremely strict timelines and a quick close. Sami and I had the fastest intro call and she immediately got to work all with in an hour of meeting. I use Agent solutions on all of my transactions. However, there was a land deal that was very small in purchase price and commission so I decided to handle it myself. I failed miserably. I forgot to send the T4 seven to the buyer. Send it to title, but not the buyer so when the lender denied the survey guess who had to buy a new one. Me! I did the math. Had I used Agent solutions I would be almost $400 ahead.
