    Deciding to move and where to move are very stressful events in our lives. Our family has been truly blessed that we were recommended to Advanced Apartment Locators because from the initial call with Audrey, it was quite evident that she is the ultimate professional in every sense of the word. She is a tremendous resource and expert on the Dallas market and surrounding areas. I think we changed our minds over a dozen time regarding all parts of the move and Ms. Audrey showed tremendous patience and understanding!     I was really in a pinch and had to in 3 days. Audrey Billlings was fast, responsive and able to find accurate pricing and an immediate move-in. She also found me the best special with 2 months free. The free move was amazing and helped me save tons of money. Honestly she was a life saver.

    Audrey and her partner Sarah are great! Very professional, flexible, and happy to help. I received a two hour free move by leasing through Audrey‘s company and the movers were great! On time, fast, polite, and never dragged their feet. Would recommend to anyone!

    Using Advanced Apartment Locators was definitely the right choice for finding a new apartment.I worked with Audrey Billings and she made it a seamless process. She found the perfect apartment for me that was in my price range, desired location, and had all the amenities I wanted.Without her help I wouldve spent far more time trying to figure out where to live, would not have found the place I went with, and would not have found a place that fit all my criteria that was within my price range.

    Michael was wonderful and extremely helpful! I told him what I was looking for and he gave me a list of apartments in my price range with the amenities that I needed. I was able to find an apartment on the same day that I met with him. He referred me to an apartment community that was perfect! I was impressed with his knowledge of the apartment communities in Dallas and his top notch customer service skills!

    Michael Glover was great to work with. He is very patient and forthright. He really knows Uptown and West Village and understands when it is important to be walking distance to shops and restaurants. He worked to be sure we had discounts on moving costs which came through fine. Finally, he follows up long after his work is done. I will definitely use him again!

    After a long stressful day of failed apartment hunting with my partner we decided to give this business a try. Walking in we were addressed quickly and before we knew it my partner and I were already looking at eligible apartments that met our criteria. Really great customer service and very approachable staff members. Who knew apartment shopping could be done in one day and it could be fun. Not even an hour later we began the paperwork to our new future home. Audrey, youre a life saver!

    All I have to say about this place is wow! We didnt think we were going to find anything in our price range in Dallas at all. After visitng four other apartments in a different town and no luck we finally decided to try the Apartment Locators. We were quickly greeted by Audrey Billings and she assured us that she could find us something in our price range in Dallas.15 minutes later she found two different places for us that we couldnt decide between because they were so amazing! An hour later we were signing an application for our future place. Amazing customer service and great experience.Will definitely recommend and use again.

    Chelsea Synder with Advanced Locators helped me with my difficult 19 hour move from DC to Dallas for my new job. Immediately upon speaking to her and letting her know of what I was looking for, she was able to quickly give me a list apartments that fit my needs. I already had enough to deal with, for just the move alone; I did not have time to come to Dallas prior, so searching for apartments and paying application fees for apartments that arent pre-researched was not the way to go. Chelsea and Advanced Apartment Locators hooked me up! Not only did she help me get my apartment but I was able to get two hours free move in from Advanced Apartment Locators with their partnership with an awesome Local Moving company here in Dallas! That saved the day, and additional costs for me! When I move again I will be using them again, they are awesome!

    I am in the process of moving from Tennessee to Dallas. So I traveled to Dallas for a few days to look for an apartment. I was unfamiliar with the apartment locator service so I had put together a list of apartments that I had found online in the Uptown area. After being disappointed with the places I had visited, I happened to drive by the office of Advanced Apartment Locators. I walked in and talked to Audrey Billings and she immediately took me to several places to look at in the West Village area. She was extremely helpful because I was unfamiliar with the area and she was able to show me the different parts of Uptown and the apartments that fit my criteria in those areas. After looking at a handful of places the first day, she sent an additional list of apartments to my e-mail of places that we would go to the following day.After two days of looking at about 9 different places, I signed a lease with a complex that was in my price range and fit all of my criteria.I was extremely impressed with Audrey Billings and her service. She helped me find an apartment very quickly and was thorough in the process. I would highly recommend using her services to find an apartment.

    I worked with Audrey here and was absolutely frantic with being faced with having to find an apartment at first and close to the Uptown area but she was very thorough in her search for me and not only did she get me into a GREAT property we actually got a deal that was WELL within my budget and the deal was unbeatable.     I would definitely recommend using Advanced Apartment Locators. Im in the process of relocating to Dallas from Phoenix, and Chelsea Snyder has made this a seamless transition for me. I was trying to do it by myself, but since Im so busy with work, I just didnt really have the time.     Just rolled into Dallas last week and stopped by chance on day 2 at Advanced apt locatiors...was actually getting yogurt across street and just driving around looking at the area..walked in and was met by Michael Glover...spent an hour just talking and such. .left with a long list and did my homework for 2 days..day 3 I found a place. And now..they will pay for my moving in labor for 2 hrs.. highly recommended. .very professional and personable. ..which does not always go hand in hand

    I was having a hard time finding a place that met my criteria. They helped me in a hassle free and efficient way that took the burden off of me. I found my new place that day. Audrey wasnt even the person who initially helped me but took time afterwards to help me sign up for the moving service too.     Max was more than helpful and I highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a place to call home. I came in on a whim as I was looking for something to move into immediately. He narrowed down what I was looking for and surpassed my expectations. He found a brand new build apt with a phenomenal special and I was able to move in the next day. One of the most seamless processes. He also hooked me up with movers for free for 2 hrs and they were just as great. Without a doubt go see Max!

    I cant recommend Mr. Michael Glover enough!!! Michael has helped me locate my last three locations here in Dallas and I will certainly keep using Michaels services as well as recommending him to everyone I meet needing an rockstar locator in the Dallas area. This last location he recommended to me was an instant success. I called him up one day and let him know what I was looking for, high rise, downtown area, close the DART Rail for which he immediately repsonded that I should see ODC. Based on his recommendation alone, we made arrangements to tour, he knew I would really like this place, and I signed that very night with total satisfaction that I was in the place I wanted to be. 5 STARS for service!!

    This is the only way to find an apartment, they do all the scouting for you, and they know of the best special pricing. and it not only is free, but they will pay you to help pay for your moving expenses. I worked with David Wyrick who was very knowledgeable of the market in Uptown.I highly recommend this company
