Vicki McKenzie went above and beyond helping me and my son find a rental that was what we were hoping for. She was so friendly, patient and helpful. She understood exactly what we needed and took her time showing us rentals that fit the criteria we wanted. My Father-in-Law needed a realtor, and after reading all the reviews about the Adam Olsen Team, we decided to go with them. This was the best decision we could have made. Geren Sims was our first agent with whom we worked, and he did a great job getting the house ready to be put on the market. He marketed it very well, and we had an offer in less than two weeks. After we were under contract, we worked with another great agent from the Olsen team, Sue Allen. Sue was very thorough and kept my father-in-law informed at every step. Also, Sue did a great job holding the other agent accountable for her duties and made sure we closed on the date that the parties agreed upon. We closed today, and my father-in-lawās comment was, āI could not have done this without their help.ā Thank you, guys, and keep it up, Adam Olsen Team. -

I just sold my forever home and was looking to downsize to something more manageable and cost efficient. I am 67 years young; and I donāt do very good with computers. I am from the north and per my daughter donāt mess around with āSouthern Nicetiesā so even when Iām not mad people think I am. My daughter found my realtor David Neira after interviewing several realtors I didnāt care for. They talk fast and donāt seem to want you to understand what they are saying, like car salesmanās. Well David is a very sweet boy very patient with me and explains, clarify things to me so I could and would go back to who ever to make changes on documents I was supposed to sign if needed so I wouldnāt have to call, it was confusing to me at times to understand what I was singing or my options to include what documents were needed and who was sending different documents for me to sign. With the help of my daughter and David, they would print me out contracts so I could review hard copies and not have to sign using the computer. Iām not much for compliments, but I know I was not easy to work with during this stressful, emotional, scary change. David never wavered and was always available when I had questions or needed something throughout the process. He connected me with Shannon (Lender) who also made the process easier she was kind patient and explains things well too. David is competent, skilled, knowledgeable and more proficient at his job than others; in addition, he is compassionate, understanding, friendly, charismatic, and hilarious! He is one of the few individuals that gets my dry sarcastic sense of humor. Totally recommend him for future real-estate needs. I am a tough cookie, and through it all felt like he cared, represented and fought for my best interests. I personally hope this was my last move, but he can come over for pasta anytime š. Angela -

Is 5 Stars as high as you can go?We hired Dave as our realtor after having our house on the market for a couple of months with lowball offers. It was BEYOND a stressful time in my life, and everything was so hectic. The moment I got on the phone with Dave I felt as if the stress was lifted off me. I had many bumps in the road to get the house ready to rent and Dave was calm and understanding throughout the process. On top of this, he was caring and positive to help me through the process. He had excellent communication along with realistic and cost-effective ways to improve our listing. He went above and beyond and even got me ABOVE the asking price... Way above the asking price! I was living in New Braunfels and not able to help get the house ready to relist. There had to be multiple pictures taken and work was redone due to careless contract painters. This whole situation was difficult, but Dave made it very easy. Dave is knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and truly wants to do what is best for his clients. I have a very crazy work schedule and Dave was available to answer questions any time of day. After being on the market for less than a couple of months, we had several very interested renters and one true offer above the listing price. Weāre so thankful for Dave and the amazing work he did. -

Our relator with the Adam Olsen Team, Michael McGinnis, was fantastic! We had a challenging house to sell and had to move to a new city before the house was sold. With Michael, we never had to worry about upkeep of the house. He mowed our lawn, planted flowers, kept the house clean and secure, and went above and beyond after the 2020 ice storm burst a pipe one week before we were supposed to close (he even went over and dripped the faucet for us before the storm but it still burst). The day it burst, he drove out to our house and helped our neighbors clean it all up. He talked with our insurance agent to help with our claim, kept the buyers informed and willing to wait over a month for the repairs to be completed. In the end, we closed on the house with those buyers the day after the repairs were completed. Michael treated us as more than a transaction or job he needed to complete. He really did go above and beyond for us. -
