    We had a great experience with the purchase of our new home and the sale of our old home. Aaron was very knowleadgable of the area and provided us with great advise. He was very personable and helpful. He took the time to show us around until we found the one. He guided us through the negotiations and kept us on track to close on time. Our previous home sold promply in comparison to other homes in the neighborhood and during a not so great market period. I might add the pictures and virtual tour were excellent and I think that definitely helped. Both processes went smoothly, we are very happy with how things turned out and with our new home!

    We have never bought or sold a home with the Kinnā€™s before, but they were highly recommended by our son who regularly crosses paths with them.     Aaron did a good job at selling my house. We were able to get an offer within 1 week of posting! I was hoping to sell fast and I took the first offer. The best photos taken with virtual videos he use definitely helps! The greatest gesture was offering help with removing large items since my move out was so fast!I wouldve given him 5 stars but the lack of response to my phone calls and messages whenever I had questions did cause me some concerns. Other than that, he got the job done and Im pleased with the outcome.

    Aaron is incredibly helpful, responsive, and all around a good guy. He made my husband and I feel like we were his only customers, and I know he has others, since he would call/text between appointments.He really does his research, pulling comps from the neighborhood we were looking at houses in, and helped strategize what would be a good offer.     Arron is definitely the realtor to call. Had my house listed with another realtor at 375,000. This realtor sat on it for 6 months.
