Lauren was invaluable recently, when working to get an out of state home title changed and possible cash sale. She spent over an hour with me educating me on my options and then several follow up phone calls, even though she was not gaining a sale from our interactions.Lauren truly cares about people and is an expert in real estate and finance! She also was able to get me the legal assistance I needed for a reasonable price! Way better than what I had originally planned on doing.

I can confidently recommend Lauren for your real estate needs! She is super knowledgeable and has the utmost integrity! My mom has Alzheimers. I called Lauren and told her that my mom had a piece of land with a tear down house on it that we need to sell to pay for care for my mom. She asked me some questions and then gave me resources to speak with a VA Benefit Advisor and Medicare specialist before I make any decisions about selling the land. I had no idea that my mom was eligible for VA benefits or how to navigate the medicare process in regard to selling real estate. I am grateful for Laurens guidance and know that I will be taken care of when we are ready to sell moms property!
