My wife and I were initially contacted by 806 House Buyers by phone. We were asked if we were interested in selling our property on 77 th Street. I explained that we had built a new home 2 years ago and would be interested in selling our older property at some point. We stayed in contact. We are in our mid 70s and decided that we needed to sell in order to take care of an elderly parent who resides outside of Lubbock. We did not have time to make repairs and upgrades to the home. Sydni and her team worked expeditiously with us and offered a fair price the next day. It has been a pleasant experience that I will share with friends. -

I was very hesitant when I first contacted 806 House Buyers. The offer I received from another company was very low and very discouraging. Ruben was able to come out to my property and check it out. He was able to get me an offer within a few hours. The offer he provided was very reasonable. We ran in some issues during the last 2 weeks of closing due to some title issues. Luckily, with the help of Heather and Sydni we were able to close on time. I would highly recommended this company if you are wanting to sell your home as is. The staff was amazing to work with. -
