    Since the very first contact with the lady in the office I realized how kind and precise she was in helping me to set up as soon as possible my appointment with the lawyer.The visit to the office confirmed without doubt positively my first impression . From the young lawyer who received me I got a very clear picture of what needed to be done and, at the end, he reserved for me the greatest surprise.According to that brilliant gentleman the advice he had given me was an advice that did not require further action and he told me that the fees I was supposed to pay were voided!I have had other experiences with other lawyers here in El Paso but I am sure that this one is one of the two best I have had . After this very positive episode I would refer certainly this lawyer to members of my family and friends any day of the week and twice on Sundays!

    Walking into an attorneys office can be very intimidating. My experience at Winton law firm was absolutely outstanding from the very beginning. From setting up our appt with Nora to her warm welcome stepping into the office, and all the way through speaking with attorney Mark Winton.     My appointment for consultation went great with Attorney Winton. Hes a very warm and welcoming young man. I all or most of the answers I needed, So I can 💤 better tonight for the average mature person on a fixed monthly income. It was not an easy choice to get an attorney. I am truly greatful to him for his time. And he gave his time at no cost,even before I told him I was on Retirement. I have more time to make a wise decision,as another option should I decide to sell my half of my domicile by litigation investor. OFC that depends on an agreement with my sister to buy me out,since its already going to be 7 yrs after our mothers passing this December. And its in the Will half of this home is mine and I pay property taxes and monthly utilities and other expenses. The thing is I rather get things done without conflict or disagreements but its good to know that now I have an option with Attorney Winton,dwn side is settlement after cost take a 1/3 of your half after sale. Something to consider. And other dwn side is resentment with a family members. But sometimes all the Drama can become a bit overwhelming. For Now Im good at 68. I planning to get my Life back on track and back to OTR by this time next year after I pay my property taxes. And get my Hazmat to complement my other endorsements. Even though their was no cost for his valuable time and advice. The correct thing for me to do is show him my gratitude and Hire him if a time-line between us at home couldnt be reached.     I was named Executor of my mother’s estate. I was very anxious because I had never had experience. Mark was so patient while explaining what my “job” would entail.     If my family and I could give Mr. Winton 10 stars we would.Mr. Winton first serviced my brother and sister-in-law.They were very comfortable with him from the start.     Welcoming as soon as you walk in the door. Mr. Mark was very helpfully to us. When we didnt understand our paperwork or what to do with it. He patiently took the time to walk us through it.     I HIGHLY recommend Marks Law firm. I called several Law Firms in the East El Paso area and most of them would not give me a straight answer over the phone and said I would have to make an appointment for a consultation. That would be $50 upfront then we can talk on how best to proceed with writing a Will/Testament with PoAs and medical directives. I contacted Mark’s Law Firm, via email and Mark promptly responded and said to make an appointment via online. He did NOT charge a consultation fee and told me EXACTLY how much the cost for the services we needed. My Mom’s situation was not as straight forward as some can be. He and his associate help explain every option with great detail, to my Spanish only speaking mom. They both did a great job in explaining and translating the process and documents we were about to sign. They were able to get the documents written up in the short amount of time we were there, (~2hrs). It saved us from having to come back a 2nd time. Thank you Mark and Edwardo. You guys really went above and beyond for my Mom. We both appreciate it. PLEASE DO NOT hesitate to go see Mark Winton for any legal needs you may have.

    After looking up and calling a total of 4 law firms, none were transparent and quick to answer my questions; and, the reason was because I did not speak with a middle man. I asked to speak with the lawyer and l did and I couldnt with the other law firms.     I wish I could give more stars. I had an extraordinary experience with this attorney. From the first moment, I kept ignoring his phone calls because I thought it was a telemarketer. But then I got a text. Direct from the attorney. That was the first great thing, I didn’t have to wonder if I was ever even going to see him in person. I scheduled a meeting with him right away and in the first sit down, with how knowledgeable this man was I knew he’d be the one to help me out. It was a long hard process and his prices were fair enough for me to give him more because of how much time and effort he put into my case while handling the wave of business or new attorney gets before the calm down to determine how busy they’d be.
