I refer all of my buyers and sellers to WG title because of the impeccable service they provide to me and my clients. When it comes to title, they make the entire process seamless. They are communicative and proactive. I am always informed of any issues or challenges about my files without having to reach and ask, thus I am never concerned about my clients impending closings. My clients and I appreciate the above and beyond experience, as they offer flexible closings after hours and on the weekends. Kelly goes above and beyond to support me and my clients to ensure timely deposits and assists me with marketing. Laird is excellent with explaining the closing docs, demystifying the financials, and best practices concerning forth coming property taxes and more. He has closed clients for me on the weekends and outside of the office in the past. Kelly and Laird will always be my go-to for title needs.
