Mr. Trey Wilson responded within minutes - late evening on a federal holiday! I found him on Google and completed the online contact form late Saturday evening. I expected to hear back on Tuesday because Monday was Memorial Day, but I was shocked when he emailed me right away inquiring about my situation. We communicated back and forth.
