I worked closely with Matthew Hudman to resolve a business dispute as opposing counsel (representing the other party in the suit). While he certainly zealously advocated for his clients position, he did so with professionalism and tact. He extend much grace & understanding to me throughout the process (we attorneys tend to juggle a lot more than we should). I am confident we achieved a mutually beneficial agreement that could have been easily usurped by the typically greedy billable churn & burn mentality of many litigators. But not Matthew Hudman! In working towards the resolution of this matter, it was clear to me that Matthew Hudman put his clients interests first & foremost before his own.

The Weisblatt Law firm did a fantastic job managing the conflict that came my way with an investment property that I acquired. There were several parties involved over 100 from my understanding and they were able to separate and keep the focus on my best interest while Trying not to absorb too much money they kept me constant informed of the ins and outs through the maze of issues communication was always kept open so I never felt lost or neglected in any form even though the settlement that I acquired was not I what I had hoped ….it was not because of the lack of experience knowledge and dedication that Andrew Weisblatt and Sameer Mande at Weisblatt law firm placed in handling my case it’s never easy defending yourself against a fraudulent charge but I never lost slept knowing that I had them fighting for me. In appreciate for that, I am leaving this recommend. If I need them again I will not hesitate to use them

I moved my consulting business from California to Katy Texas and found by chance the Weisblatt Law firm to assist me in registering my corporation in TX and all of the details of proper filing for taxes etc. The firm was not only totally expert in every aspect of my business needs but responded immediately to calls and followed up without my prompting to ensure that the various government agencies did their part! Once they were working for me they handled everything and made sure that everything was in order. But more important....they followed up with me. They care about their clients and the relationship is ongoing. That is really appreciated when you are busy everyday with the details of your actual operation. Its comforting to know they have my back, just in case I forget to do something that is my responsibility (which happens all the time!!!). They are my business counsel now for years to come!

My husband and I needed to review our first time lease commercial contract. We had no recommendations from any one so we had to google. I had two expensive quotes from other attorneys so I was looking for the last quote to fit our budget. I found Weisblatt Law Firm. When I went to their website a live chat opened up and I started to talk to them. They asked me what location I was looking services for. Once I provided the information I got an email from Mr. Andrew greeting me and offering his service. I was on a tight turnaround and he said he could get it done within the time frame I needed. Not only that but his services were under the price I got for the other 2 quotes. It was so perfect to be true I thought it was a SCAM! I called his offices and questioned his staff to ask if Mr. Andrew was a real attorney with a real office because I could not believe it, I also googled his office to ensure he truly had physical office! It turns out HE WAS A LEGITIMATE ATTORNEY WITH A REAL OFFICE  The services were exactly what we were looking for, his legal expertise and experience in the commercial real estate helped us understand our first term commercial lease. He was thorough in his explanations, pointed all of the risk potentials and answered all of the questions I had. He delivered everything on the same dates he said he would.
