On 12.28.23, was one of the scariest moments of my life but when Susan and Messina Law Firm stepped in, I was left with confidence and taken good care of. Mr. Messina is extremely well-versed in the law and always has a game plan on how to best assist his clients during their time of need. In my situation, Joey was always one (if not two or three) steps ahead of the opposing counsel.After tangling with Joey, the plaintiff in my case decided to file for dismissal of the suit brought against me. We DID NOT settle. The case was actually dismissed by the plaintiff due to Joeys expert representation.Could not more highly recommend the Messina Law Firm. Excellent attorney! Period!

We are a nonprofit that needed dependable legal services for a specific issue and the firm really came through for us. Having not led an organization through something like this previously, I was thankful for Joey as a partner during that time. Joey was equal parts teacher, lawyer, and friend. His attentiveness to our issue - which was probably small potatoes in comparison to other work on his plate - was very comforting during a time of high stress for us. Communicative and compassionate, working with Susan and Joey on a against all odds car accident case (hit & run, no licence or insurance). Thankful for this option in a serious but thankfully not deadly situation. Person ran red light and I broadsided them in an intersection with no way to avoid collision. I needed care but not hospital. I am a naturopathic health practitioner for over 25 yrs. Got care I needed and fair settlement. Suzie was my contact person and absolutely personable and caring. Very responsive and helpful. She was also compassionate and knowledgeable. Would recommend this firm to anyone. Thanks a million!!

Working with Joey and Jo Anna was great! Through the entire process i never felt like had to worry about anything. My settlement took a little over a year and they both constantly kept me updated on everything going on. Even being in their office they make you feel at home.
