I consulted with Murphy & Assoc. on a builder dispute we had with a local builder. To make a long story short the builder tried to claim we had breached our contract 2 days before we were scheduled to close and were going to deny us the ability to purchase the property and they were going to keep our earnest money. I engaged Murphy & Assoc. the next day and the problem was solved that day. We were able to close on time. The fact that Sean was able to take our situation on and get it resolved so quickly, was amazing. The builder backed down as soon as he saw Murphy & Assoc. was on the case. I would absolutely recommend Murphy & Assoc. to anyone needing legal help from a bad situation with a home builder. -
