    I used Matt 10 years ago. He had a hard job dealing with me, my husband and my ex-husband for a custody case. It was a high conflict case. I think it’s safe to say he had not had one like that, at that point, in his legal career and hopefully he hasn’t had one since😉. He was always available to me. He always called me back. After having not spoke to him in over 10 years, I had a question that only he could answer. I left him a voicemail and within a half an hour he called me right back. He was able to help me.     I had an amazing experience with Matt, who was recommended by the seller (we had to fire our other lawyer for not doing anything). Closing on my first home was an absolute pleasure throughout Wrap Around. Everything went incredibly smoothly and Matt and his team were super responsive, delivered on all promises, completing all paperwork promptly. We closed remotely and had everything was recorded to the county by the next morning!     Let me just say. Matt was fantastic. I spoke with his wife Lisa yesterday about 4:30 pm and discussed with her my situation. I met with Matt today at noon. All paperwork was done. This was just to do the final step to finalize my divorce. I was having no luck with the zoom finalization of my divorce. If u know, u know. It is a horrible system with getting into the lottery pull of the zoom session. Anyways… Matt and Lisa were very compassionate and got a text today at 4pm to follow up with me. The most incredible thing is that I spoke with like 5 different firms yesterday, explained my issue and everyone of them wanted to charge a RIDICULOUS amount.     Words can’t explain how grateful for Matt’s services. I’m a home buyer in San Antonio and had a client call me on a Saturday. She was getting foreclosed on the following Tuesday. I must’ve called 100 lawyers on the 4th of July, and Matt was the only one who responded the day before the foreclosure. He was able to go to the courthouse the very next morning and get the foreclosure postponed to a later date. We are now going to be able to purchase the home, and the seller will have the ability to put some money in her pocket and start over!     Matthew Obermeier is a rare breed of attorney - actually, he is a rare breed of human being. I contacted Matthew recently needing some expert, trustworthy and immediate advice about a number of real estate documents that I needed reviewed for accuracy and legitimacy quickly. The first time I called Matthew (which was at 5pm), he actually answered the phone and proceeded to speak with me for over 15 minutes about my situation. I email him my many documents, he replied immediately to let me know that he had received them and confirmed he would review them over the coming days. And he did! He emailed me a thorough review of my documents.     Matt is a great lawyer and an even better person. I had a really rough time with my custody case initially, even having to fire an incompetent first lawyer.     I contacted Matthew Obermeier through his web site to get a free consultation concerning the review of a document for the purchase of a home. He responded the same day. I just emailed him a copy of the document and he reviewed it for me the same afternoon, then responded by email with his legal opinion. He also offered to discuss it with me over the phone, but that was not necessary. He was prompt and efficient and gave me the information I needed. And he didnt charge me anything for his services. All he asked was that I post a Google review. Another law office wanted $200 for the same document review.

As someone that is new to the process I was asking questions and she was telling me to get a Real Estate Agent instead. She couldnt be bothered with any questions. I know as a FSBO I would be doing most of the leg work but looking to inquire about the legal stuff. The little that I was able to get from her was about what they dont do as opposed to the process of what they do for a FSBO. Maybe I caught her on the wrong day. I asked to speak with Matt and she said no.

    My daughter was in a bad situation. She was being taken advantage of by her landlord since it was her first apartment. I have a list of things theyve done against the lease and the law but they started hassling her when she pays rent on time and is hardly home. The situation was made more serious when an ex started following and threatening her. It didnt qualify as stalking to be able to be let out of the lease. Mr. Obermeier gave me realistic legal advice but decided to assist us anyway, Pro Bono. We had already done our part by the law to prepare. All it took was a frank letter from him and the landlord backed off, spoke to my daughter respectfully, and let her out of her lease. She was able to move and hasnt seen the crazy ex. I feel better now that she is safe. They even gave her deposit back with out any funny business. He will be my friends, familys and my lawyer for anything remotely near San Antonio. Thank you again!

    We rented a home in San Antonio, prior to the rental and written on the rental application we designated (and informed real estate agents, rental company etc.) that we were having a puppy breed for us which we would acquire within 2 months. Upon receiving the puppy, the home owner and rental company stated we could not have said puppy (a hypoallergenic gentle breed dog). We contacted Mr. Obermeier and after him reviewing our lease agreement, he saw we were in the right. He wrote a professional yet no so nice letter to all parties and the situation was rectified within the week. We were allowed to keep our dog.
