When my mother passed away in 2023 we needed help with her estate. My siblings and I all live out of state, making the process even more difficult. Dana Kyle and her excellent staff totally came through for us and walked us through every step of the probate process. It was a great relief to deal with such professionals and I can’t express how much confidence I have in this firm. I want to make a special mention of Kendra Doerger, who was an absolute delight to deal with and is the ultimate professional. I highly recommend Dana Kyle’s law firm.

Dana Kyle was amazing. My mother was looking for help with her home, as my father was still on the Deed, and had passed a couple of years ago. We were told that we would need to go through Probate to take him off, which was Thousands of dollars, but after talking with Dana Kyles office, she was able to do an amendment, which was a fraction of the cost, and only took a couple of days.

The law office of Dana Kyle completed the estate planning documents for us. With children from two marriages, we needed spousal agreements, as well as separate powers of attorney, and authorizations. All of this was explained to us in easy to understand language, and the documents made that clear. The work was completed in a professional and very courteous manner at a time when the pandemic made personal contact impossible. Two weeks later, it was necessary to make a change in our authorizations, and that too was completed quickly and professionally. The cost to do this was also very reasonable and we are very pleased with the outcome. I do not hesitate to recommend Dana Kyle and her very professional staff to complete any estate planning that is necessary.
