    I read all the reviews while searching for an attorney to probate my father’s will and attorney Yvette Salinas had great reviews.I took an appointment and went into the office for a free consultation.I was impressed, her receptionist was friendly and acknowledged you immediately. When I went to speak to Ms. Salinas, she has a great vibe. Nice, explained herself , was very understanding- especially when I wanted to do my own probate because it’s simple but the state of Texas doesn’t allow “pro se” ( to represent myself in court)So far, she broke it down according to my particular case and she gave me a flat rate. Awesome, I had spoken to other attorneys and they were charging much more and they gave the whole speech on how something could come up and blah blah blah and they couldn’t offer a flat rate. I know anything can come up and if it does then additional charges, we would cross that bridge at that time.Anyhow, I didn’t hire Ms. Salinas at this point due to the fee. I will need to gather my money together in order to proceed.I will definitely follow up with another review once I hire her though.The only flaw I feel, she seemed to be a busy lady. She was typing while I was talking with her, and she kept getting text messages on her watch and she kept looking at her messages during our consultation. And she didn’t look at me very much.I am old school, I believe when speaking with someone in any professional environment, you should make eye contact.And if so busy, communicate ,Acknowledge you are listening and you must do other tasks.I would still refer friends and family to her though.

    First of all, we are in a whole different state, but Attorney Salinas was still willing to help and she really was very helpful and informative. She was very prompt and offered a No Cost consultation Zoom meeting the very next day of calling. She is very genuine and provided us with a lot of detailed information during our meeting.     Can’t say enough good things about the Law Offices of Yvette M. Salinas. We have used their services multiple times and have been more than satisfied. We have always struggled to find a Law Office that would make time to hear our case or issues but since finding this business the struggle is over. Ms. Salinas is very knowledgeable, very nice, explains things in a way that we can understand them and always is very very professional. During a recent probate hearing even the judge that we were assigned to said that “we had selected a very good lawyer”. Also can’t say enough good things about her staff too. They are awesome, professional and very sharp. Frank is the best and recently we have met Kaitlynn Baggett (secretary) and she is awesome, very nice, extremely quick and very courteous, what a great addition to an already great staff.     On February 2023, my husband and I were scheduled to meet our seller at Ms. Salinas’s office. What we thought would be a simple consult ended up being a lot more complex. Mind you, neither parties had a realtor for representation. Yvette in the other-hand, was very professional and helped us come into a solution with a non-bias approach. She was very communicative, friendly, and efficient in translating both our needs to what soon became the real estate contract for our purchase.     I have a Durable Medical Equipment supply company and was promised big things by this marketing company who wants to bring our business to new heights. The agreement they send me had some holes in it. I was referred to a lawyer through legal shield who said they could handle redrafting it and after ghosting me for a week and a half, the attorney told me he couldnt do it. I called another attorney who did nearly the same thing. He told me he had litigation deadlines and couldnt mess with it.I dont mind the nos, I just mind how they unprofessionally ghost me after telling me that they can do the job.I was finally referred to Yvette and not only was she able to do it, she was able to do it after recovering from surgery and a death in the family. She has a lot of integrity and will follow through with the job. Im am so glad I got referred to Yvette and will hire her for future dealing as well. Im very happy we found someone who has our back.
