I dislike dealing with attorneys, however, dealing with Todd has been very smooth and the results were great. We had tenants who were having financial issues and we tried working with them for over a year, but they didnt want to pay what was owed. They were several months behind on their payments, not even making partial payments. Finally, we contacted Todds firm, and the eviction process was started. They are out of the house and now we start the process of fixing the $20,000 of damage the tenants did.Todd did such a great job with the tenants they gave him a bad review.I would recommend Todd to anyone who needs to get tenants evicted. Also, we are going to start using Todd to do all of our real estate contracts.

Todd Taylor represented us when we were unable to evict tenants who were vandalizing our home, not paying rent, and stealing appliances. We had attempted the process on our own for several months without success.Once Todd Taylor was on the case, the tenants were out of the house in a matter of days.Mr. Taylor kept us updated throughout the process he was professional, available and helpful when we called with questions regarding the case. I highly recommend him as an attorney.I also recommend that unless you have a strong background in real estate law or the laws regarding eviction in your state that you do not attempt a do it yourself eviction, prior to hiring Todd Taylor we had spent a good deal of money, time and frustrating effort trying to remove the tenants from our home. He had them out quickly and his fees were reasonable. We would have saved ourselves time, money and frustration if we had called him from the start.

We had a renter appeal an eviction and the court were allowing the tenant to stay indefinitely it seemed because the courts are busy. He was in a camper but they were treating it like a house/apartment eviction. Mr.Taylor knew how to stop that and start another eviction process. This time we are close to getting the renter out. Holidays have given him extra weeks over his five days because the constables are busy. With the way the courts drag stuff out I dont think we would ever have gotten anywhere without Mr. Taylors help. It has been 10 months and my only regret is not having Me. Taylor represent us from the start. He is very knowledgeable on eviction law even odd things like us renting a corner to someone with a camper. He was recommended to us by a good friend who owns an RV park.

My Mom was renting her property to some of the worse tenants ever. She had invested thousands of dollars to ensure a beautiful single family living style home, which included water, electricity, cable, internet, landscaping, and an exterminator. The tenant had a hidden lie, and said the rental was only for her and her 3 children. After the Lease contract was signed by both parties a few weeks later the tenant brought in her husband (who was a total nightmare) who damaged and destroyed my Moms beautiful rental property. Both the tenant and her husband started flooding the water pipes purposely, turning my Moms electricity off, calling Code Compliance with false accusations, calling SAPD with false accusations, called Adult Protection Services twice with false accusations and etc... It was a complete nightmare, especially because the tenant and her husband knew their rights as tenants and knew SAPD could not touch them because it was a CIVIL CASE.
