Simply the best! I was faced with an urgent need to obtain Counsel. My call was answered immediately and an appointment was sent within seconds. Who would have known that an attorney would accept an immediate, after hours appointment with compassion towards my pending issue(s). My needs were addressed and resolved with 48 hours. In my search for help in a real estate issue I contacted Mr. Joyal’s office. He was unavailable at the time but later responded to an email and said he would call me as soon as he could. He promptly called me the next day and we discussed the issue. I found him to be well informed on the issue and he explained to me a course of action that I might take. I believe Mr. Joyal to be an honest and credible attorney and believe he would represent me well.

Wonderful attorney. Mr Joyal actually listened to what my situation was. Often times attorneys, doctors, etc. want to talk over you. Mr Joyal heard what my situation was and responded with professionalism, knowledge and caring. He was very professional in explaining legal terms in a way I could understand. I had a wonderful experience with Rose Marie and her staff at the Joyal Law Firm. The matter we had was a commercial dispute with a nasty landlord and once I contacted Joyal I was immediately put in touch with Rose Marie. The landlords attorney was nothing short of a complete $%#hole and to complicate matters more a 3rd party was involved to purchase the property after we decided not to pursue the purchase any longer. Rose Marie took every call I made (I realize that alone is best in class service as she is busy with other clients and matters) Rose Marie not only took every call but I also never felt rushed or any of my questions werent important. The staff at Joyal was also nothing short of amazing in particular Samantha following Rose Maries example took my calls and questions. They were very responsive and while no client is ever 100% happy with these types of disputes as its all about compromise so everyone has to be reasonable and I felt like i was in very good hands the entire process. I would strongly reccomend the Joyal Law Firm. Oh one last point to make, Rose Marie was expecting during this entire process and again we were well taken care of by her and her staff. I would use them on any important real estate related issue.

This is the first time in my life that I’ve needed an attorney, and I can’t even put into words how much I appreciate Mr. Joyal. I called with an urgent matter, and was told to come in to the office within the hour. Ed and Rosemary went above and beyond that afternoon. They halted a deceptive real estate closing that was in progress. Once the closing documents were corrected, I didn’t feel confident enough to go to the signing alone. Mr. Joyal met me at closing an hour later, to review the documents prior to me signing. I couldn’t believe he jumped in his car with five minutes notice, and met me at the title companies office. It’s not just great customer service… He’s a great human! We need more people in this world who actually care like he does.I hope I never need another attorney, but if I do, I know who I’m going to call. Thank you for everything!

We go to an attorney due to desperate and unsure circumstances, with the common knowledge that they will probably be expensive and tell you just about anything to get you to agree to hire them. Your first meeting will more often than not consist of a lot of terminology you do not understand and the promise of fixing all the issues which will be amplified by the attorney to make you feel that you must hire them immediately. After you have paid a large amount of money, you walk away hoping you can trust the attorney you just hired.This was no where close to my experience this evening with the Joyal Law office!I placed a call to them at 5 in the evening and was seen in the office an hour later. An attorney who answers you call and sees you immediately! This was the beginning of a great start.I came to the appointment with three disorganized heaps of documents, in which Mr. Joyal, took from me with no criticism or judgement. Read through all of them as he calmly asked me questions. My anxiety and stress level immediately resided by his demeanor and his relatable qualities.He was able to assure me that my situation was not dire and direct me on the correct legal path I needed to be on. I am a father of 3 of the best Texas children on this earth. Ms Garcia and Mr Joyal have now made it so I have more time with my kids, and pay the correct amount (not a gross inflation my ex wanted) each month. I will always recommend this Firm.
