His knowledge of the law and persistence to hold those accountable makes him the best attorney that I have personally ever met. I suffer from several, chronic health conditions, as a result of negligence. I was led to Mr. Fostels law firm by the grace of God. Throughout the entirety of my case, Mr. Fostel was honest, thorough, compassionate, and patient with me. He kept me informed, so that I always knew what to expect ahead of time. He has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the law. During the time that Mr. Fostel was working on my personal injury case, he always made himself available to answer any questions and/or concerns that I had. Ive known Clay Fostel for over 11 years and worked closely with him for over 9 of those years. His abilities as a litigator are only surpassed by the compassion that he genuinely has for his clients. We were struggling with the RV Dealer performing warranty services. They had our motorhome for over 7 months. We had reached a point where they stopped communicating totally and we were concerned.Based off of Mr. Fostels recommendation and his knowledge of the Lemmon Law and our rights as a consumer, he was able get the manufacture to step in over the dealership and resolve our warranty work in a timely manner. Not only that, he was also able to negotiate a fair compensation for the back months of not able to use our motorhome. If it werent for The Fostel Law Firm, Im not sure how this would have turned out.The Fostel Law Firm is definitely a company we would recommend. Patient with us, knowledgeable, honest and hard working.
