Overall I would highly recommend this firm and specifically Tate Roush, very professional, very caring, very detail oriented , affordable, and wonderful communication. Below I will share my recap of our success with Tate and the Ed Cox law firm.My family and I called around and talked to countless attorneys to represent my father for his parole hearing, most of those we contacted I spoke to some lady in the front office that seemed like they were reading off a script. Cox Law Firm was different, I spoke directly to Tate Roush, and I immediately knew he was the real deal, he talked to me in depth about the process of the whole ordeal, and gathered relevant information from me, most of all he told me off the bat what we needed to be successful. MOst surprisingly, I could tell Tate really cared, when I spoke with him ongoing during the process he remembered everything about the case, including family members names, etc. When it came down to wire on the hearing date there was something the voters wanted in addition to what we provided, Tate and Ed were both all over and prepared a very thorough document to provide the parole board within hours.

This is from ME, the accused, the sentenced , the Convicted Felon, and the Man who was awarded his 1st parole attempt after only 5 months in TDC.I was arrested in May 2020, after 16-17 months on bond I found out Prison was inevitable. JD didn’t make his first parol and Mr.Roush had said it was gonna be xx amount of dollars if we wanted him to represent my son again. We just couldn’t do it again so Mr. Roush called me and said we changed our policy we will represent JD again at no cost WOW!!!
