Highly recommend for a Will and/or Trust! After moving states and having a few life events I needed to get an updated version in place. After checking around a few places and scheduling consultations, Cawlfield met everything I needed and more. With the small office all the attention is on you and your needs. Never did I feel pushed to do anything or rushed. Pricing was perfect as well. Whether you are updating a Will or starting from scratch, this is the law firm for you.

Eddie was a very knowledgeable, professional, caring and helpful lawyer. He answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns. We have a special needs son and a 3 year old daughter. We needed to set up things for their future and have wills and other legal documents done for the whole family. Eddie was great getting everything done in a timely manner. Hailey was great helping us getting things set up and getting us connected with Eddie for questions or concerns we had that she couldn’t answers. She was very nice and very helpful! This is an amazing place to get your legal needs taken care of. Eddie was great regarding questions and setting up things for our special needs son. He was very nice, warm and caring with our kiddos in person as well. We will definitely be referring Eddie and using him in the future needs! Great Practice and caring people. I cant say enough good things about Eddie Cawlfield and The Cawlfield Law Firm. I was referred to Eddie by a friend in Van Alstyne, so I called and made an appointment to sit down with him to discuss the legal work I was needing for my business. When I arrived, I sat down with Eddie and I immediately could tell this was going to be a fit and that he was going to be easy to work with. Before we got into the legal work I was needing, he asked about my story to break the ice and find out more about me and my company. I thought that was refreshing and that he wasnt only interested in the billable hour. I explained to Eddie what I was needing and he was very thoroughly on what those steps would be and the work involved. I came back a week later to finalize the legal work and AGAIN he was very through on what was done, the results, etc. The process went so well, that I referred a friend to him and Eddie was able to assist him as well. Found these folks while I was searching and gave them a call. My wife and I are Senior Citizens with several painful health issues. I had Cervical Spine Surgery and have three Titanium Plates in my cervical region. Being Catholics we decided to go to Lourdes France, where miracles have and do take place, and pray to Our Blessed Mother, Our Lady of Lourdes to perform a miracle on us. We booked our flight on 14th February and paid the Travel agent $8574.80.The following week I saw my Doctor because I still have pain and he advised me that I should not travel hence I cancelled our tickets on 28th. February. The Travel Agent refunded me only $2401.80. My Credit Card Company disputed the amount and claimed a total refund but could not get it. Hence, I contacted Mr. Eddie Cawlfield of The Cawlfield Law Firm. He sent them a letter by certified mail on June 9th, demanding a total refund of the balance, $6173.00 by 5pm. June 30th or legal action will be taken. On June 19th they refunded the entire balance to my Credit Card.Mr. Cawlfield is a great Gentleman. He and his Office Manager are kind,considerate and very professional people. I highly recommend them.
