Ive closed on two purchases with Texas Title Southlake and this office is TOP NOTCH! They give all the warm fuzzies and provide everything needed to ensure a smooth transaction. When finalizing such a big transaction, the devil is really in the details and this office really delivers on prompt communication, follow-through and details. Cheri is the absolute best! My second transaction was unique in that I was purchasing my 97 year old neighbors property and there were no realtors involved. This transaction required a good deal of patience and careful handling. Both Cheri and Andrea really came through in ensuring that both sides were supported and that everyone was on the same page. Final cherry on top was they helped me to easily resolve a potentially costly survey issue and they identified a $7,000 error in the proposed tax expense by my lender. As a result< I ended up with a $7,000 refund after closing. LOVE THIS OFFICE and Ill be back!

Texas Title - Team Britt Dowdy is one of the best Escrow Officers I deal with. She goes above and beyond to always meet our Clients needs. They answer and return my calls promptly. I know when I am closing with TT - Team Britt, all the details will be taken care of. My Clients love her and her staff.Also, April Pulliam is the Business Development and she helps with any special needs.
