I bought a property without a Real Estate Agent involved and hired Phil to help with reviewing the Closing Paperwork. I would not only recommend Phil but I would say it is absolutely necessary to hire a Title Lawyer to make sure you are protected! Phil is really sharp and gets five stars from me. I will strongly recommend him to anyone buying property or homes in this area. Phil was quick to respond and gave great advice, his price was reasonable and gave me confidence to question several things that were incorrect in the transaction, we got them fixed! Im now a proud owner of 10 beautiful acres in Texas!
