She has been so compassionate and empathetic about my familys current situation and went above and beyond with helping me get the documents filed as quickly as possible. Rattikin Law handled my property transfer in Fort Worth flawlessly — even with my being 1700 miles away. I provided Bonnie Cochran with the party and property particulars and days later received email attachments containing the documents I needed. I printed them, took them to my bank to sign in front of a notary, and fedExed the docs back to Ms. Cochran. She arranged for the docs to be recorded at the Tarrant County Courthouse. I received a very reasonable invoice and paid it online. When I need any legal work involving property in Fort Worth, I will call Rattikin Law.
