We discussed a Will verses a Trust and she explained everything in detail. She spent a lot of time with us making sure we understood one over the other. We decided to update our Will, along with adding Statutory Durable Power of Attorney, Medical Power of Attorney and HIPAA Release Authorization and a Directive to Physicians and Family or Surrogates.
