I had decided to sell my home by myself and knew one of the first things to do on the list was to secure the services of a real estate attorney. Finding an independent attorney rather than one in a large corporation was important to me. It became apparent early on in my research that Nick would be the perfect choice. At our initial consultation, Nick created an atmosphere of friendliness, professionalism and accessibility. He previously had sold his own home(s) so he knew the trials and tribulations that might lay ahead. I handled all the marketing aspects and within a week of my home being on the market I had a serious buyer. At that point Nick took over and handled all the negotiations and produced the contract that would eventually lead to the sale of my home. Throughout the entire process Nick was on top of every little detail and kept the process moving forward. At the end of the negotiations, Nick stayed up until midnight producing the final contract so that both parties could sign it before he had to leave the next day out of town. Nick accompanied me to the closing and played a vital part in all the discussions. Errors were found on several documents and looking back I could have not made it through the closing without him. All of this was a testament to his work ethic. Nicks counseling through this whole process was invaluable. I would use him again without any questions. I highly recommend that Nick be a part of your team if you decide to sell your home by yourself.

Nick represented my family on probate hearing and estate settlement details for my step-father in 2017 and reworked my mothers estate planning documents at that time. Since she passed in 2019, he has once again walked me through the process step by step and explained details in ways that are easy to understand. He is thoughtful, compassionate and very thorough. He has always been responsive to my questions and most willing to accommodate my travel schedule whenever possible.Nick is extremely competent and professional and I highly recommend him. Should I ever relocate to the Houston area, he will most certainly be my go to attorney.
