    Melissa Warren is by far the best Escrow Officer there is. Im a Realtor who works for a Development company and we use her for all of our closings. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible. Shes extremely responsive, and always keeps you in the loop.     We worked with Misty at Money Title and couldnt be more impressed. Our transaction was not an easy one. We had to completely switch gears TWICE due to lending issues and Misty handled both changes in stride and never missed a beat. She was friendly and professional every time we spoke.The sellers realtor actively worked to undermine the transaction and Misty (and my lender and my realtor) would not play his games.
