Its difficult to explain the complexity of my case because its really my daughters case and out of respect for her I will do my best to leave any important information out. Fighting for custody is never easy especially when you see your children suffering, when they are forced to make life decisions having never been taught much about life. Mark and his assistant Bruce were both very professional and extremely helpful in my case. A partner of mine acted inappropriately and his actions resulted in our corporation and all individual members being sued. I personally had no knowledge of the wrong doing until I was served with a law suit and through mediation with the plaintiff, Mark was able to get all of my charges dismissed. I feel I was spending money I never should have had to spend, but undoubtedly, it could have been much worse and much more expensive. In December, we hired Mr. Davis and his team for a very difficult custody case. He just represented my as the responder in a very contested divorce case, which was even more complicated by the fact that I no longer live anywhere close to El Paso, TX. At every step of the case, his preparation for the court appearances made all the difference in my case. At the final hearing, he and his staff were so prepared that the opposing counsel and my ex-wife were almost frantic to settle out of court. Found Mark T Davis on google and saw his slogan and immediately we hired him to represent my husband. Worth the money. We won everything!!! Im not going to get into details but long story short.. my husbands ex (we call her the devil..lol) basically did everything she can for years to alienate DH kids from him and I and milked us for more and more money to pay her bills and drug addiction...But with Attorney Georges help (Atty Davis associate) we got visitations, CS did not increase, her asking for Military ID was not granted... it was the best feeling ever when true justice is served. Now the final judgement is over, the ex still wont comply and follow a court order so we might need to go back to court again. I hope the judge would order the devil to take some sort of parenting class in order for her to learn how to parent and that parenting means its her and the DAD that both needs to be there for the child... but i do pray she gets a fine, get parenting classes after she goes to jail for years of lying, alienating, obstructionist, unable to follow court order for years. Btw, we are a military family a d live in Washington and he made it all happen for us accross the state...highly recommended... your money will not go to waste.

There is just no way to write how happy I am right now, how my life is going to change, how many years I have missed out on watching my little girl grow up only seeing her one weekend a month along with being 600 miles away.No way to explain how horrible my daughters mom has been trying in every way to keep us separated and making my daughter feel as if it was wrong to love me and spend time with me.
