I’ve been closing real estate deals with Victor Maas for about a decade and a half, he’s the best in the business when it comes to real estate law and investing. He has a heart for teaching and I’ve enjoyed working with him and his incredible team over the years. We’ve closed dozens of transactions together and to this day I still refer most of my clients/agents/investors to him for anything real estate investing related. Full disclosure: I have not used Maas legal services. However, his character speaks for itself if youve seen the video he and his girlfriend (Ms. Rodriquez) filmed of the unlawful arrest of Mr. Ometu. Mr. Maas and Ms. Rodriquez did not have to do what they did, but they did so because their moral compass is of a fair and just nature. As a minority male, I am grateful for them. Theres absolutely no doubt in my mind that they conduct their business dealings in the very same way. Exceptional human beings, right here.
