No one wants to be in a position where they need an attorney, but, if you are, then Joe Luce and his group of Professionals are the ones to call upon to handle the situation.On our automobile accident case, The Statue of Limitations was approaching and we were making no progress with the other drivers insurance company. Then we fortunately found Joe and his Team. They quickly took over and brought the case to a close with an agreement that Judy and I are very pleased at the outcome.Joe did a great job and Sandy and the team were outstanding support. First off, there’s nothing easy about divorce or having to go to court for a family dispute. When the need to be represented by a team familiar with family law and how to make the best for their clients, this was my first choice. We are grateful to Luce Law for taking on a pressing problem that had enmeshed us. They communicated regularly with updates as the situation grew into a civil lawsuit which we gladly filed under the advice of Luce Law. Our trust was based on their legal capabilities and their caring concern. We also anticipated an early settlement.The lawsuit was of two parts. The first part involved sequestration of the object of the lawsuit, a truck, and this was a brilliant move by Luce Law early in the game. In a small way we actually participated in this and worked hard to find and provide a house address that was deliberately concealed by the defense. The most notable relief from this part was the lifting of the liability threat of defendant-caused truck accidents when we obtained possession of the truck from the defendant. This was huge.The second part of the lawsuit was a drawn out process that lasted many more months. The strategy was complicated by a lawyer for the defense who worked pro bono, and it slowly became clear to us that the defendant had little incentive to mediate. This was apparently a rare situation that we felt we could have benefited from by proactive discussion with Luce Law.The legal approach eventually worked and the lawsuit was settled. Overall we are happy with the result because Luce Law lifted a weight that lay heavily on our shoulders and led to an acceptable settlement.We had prayed that justice would be served and Luce Law enabled that. 4.5 stars out of 5.

I had an out of state collection issue with my Vendor not paying me even after receiving payment from the end customer. They held on to my money for no apparent reason. But Joe Luce was able to get a settlement agreement with my Vendor to have the payment collected with an additional penalty. Joe is very calm and persistent and he will do whatever it takes to get justice for you. His team of Sandy Bahle and Kristin Bell is really great in answering all of your question in a timely manner. Very professional, helpful and courteous.

Leann Diamond and Simona Moyers were great to work with. They were always there when I had a question or needed guidance with my ex husband. Very professional and courteous!!! The process of divorce is not easy and there would be days that I called the office for guidance and Simona would make me laugh by the end of our conversations which is what I needed, a friend too. They were able to get everything settled without having to go to court, even though we had it scheduled incase. They worked for me and had my best interest which I liked.
