I’m very thankful for Lovelace Law. They took my case on during a difficult stage in litigation and when I had to move on from a previous attorney who was way overpriced and gave bunk legal advice (watch out for KR). I had a contentious and emotionally sensitive probate case, and they handled everything with the attention, legal expertise, and professionalism I thought I had been paying for from the beginning. They got me to the finish line and my only regret is not having hired them from the beginning. A special acknowledgement to Abby Butts who was especially strong during settlement negotiations.

Also, the staff translates arcane legal language into plain English so that everyone understands what needed to be done and why. In addition, legal fees were made clear up front, and there were no surprises.If I need similar counsel again, I’ll go back to Lovelace Law.

We went to Lovelace Law for our wills, Statutory Durable Power of Attorney, and Combined Directive to Physicians and Family and Medical Power of Attorney. Sean Carmichael explained each of the forms and we took a few days to consider the information and make decisions. They were great to work with and answered all our questions. My wife and I met with Jennifer to create our wills and powers of attorney documents. She walked us through all of our options, and answered our questions clearly. At the end of our initial consultation, we set an appointment to return two weeks later to sign all of our documents. Jennifer had everything ready for us, and we were in and out in less than an hour. In addition to Jennifer, we also worked with Tyler and Chloe during this process, and had great experiences with all three individuals. Everyone was friendly, professional, and respectful of our time. I have already personally recommended others to Lovelace Law, and I offer my highest recommendation to anyone reading this post. I have had Make a will on my To Do list for quite some time. I had the opportunity to use a free online will creator site through my employee, and I thought I would save some money and make my will and advance directive this way. However, I quickly realized that the time it would take me to go through the tutorials, combined with the fact that this was a process where I really needed some guidance from a real life person, led me to give up on trying to do this myself and to finally make an appointment with Lovelace Law. Im so glad I did. Jennifer Lovelace was able to advise me on certain matters concerning my situation as well as navigate the legalese. It was money well spent! In fact, I have already recommended Lovelace Law to another work colleague who needs to get his documents in order.
