Keith will be painfully blunt with you regarding your ability to successfully take on an adversary who maybe on solid ground legally but are morally and ethically bankrupt. Keith will not take advantage of your frustration and anger to make a buck.He provides great service and is responsive you you needs, at least he was with our needs! Bottom line is he will sincerely take care of you.

I needed an attorney really quick for Power of Attorney and found Keith D. Peterson online.. He answered the phone right away, and although he had other cases that he was working on, he started working on my request right away. By the next day he had all the paperwork complete, and met me and my brother up at the hospital the next day to have my mother sign the papers. All of this was done and complete within a matter of hours. He is very polite and professional.. as well as his staff. A true blessing. Hes now my permanent attorney for any future needs.

Bottom line upfront: I’d highly recommend Keith Peterson as an attorney for all real state matters. We hired Keith Peterson as our real estate attorney to purchase our home since no realtors were involved. He jumped right in to craft the contractual documents to get the ball rolling at the start. Then throughout the process, he worked with our title co. and lender to ensure that our interests were expertly covered. He reviewed title, HOA, closing, and all other docs as required and set up associated consultations with us throughout to keep us informed and ensure we understood the process and what was important. With his expert advice and work throughout, we were able to close 9 days early AND Keith reduced our agreed-to fee twice since with his expertise it all went so smoothly.

I have unfortunately had the pleasure of being a customer of the law office of Keith D. Peterson for many legal reasons. I will give you a little background of a few times that I needed to use The Law Office of Keith D Peterson. First legal experience I encounter was over a Firework Vendor that would not pay me for my work. Keith D Peterson represented me in the fact that the Firework Vendor said I owed him money for missing inventory. The truth of the matter was that I forgot to take a count of the inventory while working at the firework stand ( I was only a dumb kid - 17 YEARS OF AGE JUST A KID )The next legal problem that unfortunately encountered in my life was just a few weeks ago, I was being sued for cyber squatting. I called Keith D Peterson first! The Law Office of Keith D Peterson took care of the summons and told me not to worry. Everything was resolved.
