I HIGHLY recommend Julius! He helped my husband and I get out of a tricky situation with our rental lease. We are originally from Minnesota and moved to Texas about three weeks ago. We got our apartment keys and quickly realized this was not what we had signed up for. We tried to negotiate with the managers, but they wouldnt get back to us, or see us after many attempts of trying to reach them. Finally we decided to get a lawyer. Julias has been very helpful, and really cares about his clients. He gave us peace of mind, and told us every possible outcome.
