Zena McNulty is a trusted and knowledgeable attorney. I have gone to her for advice and legal aid for many years now. She is someone who is more than confident and more than capable of getting what needs to be done, done. During divorce there are such high emotions that it is easy as a client to lose yourself in them, especially with children and finances involved. Zena kept me grounded and focused on what really matters and continued to help me show humility to my co-parent while going through this process. That is not to say she is a pushover because she definitely has teeth accompanied by intelligence BUT she is still an attorney that has a heart. If I need legal aid or counsel again, hopefully not, I would go to Zena. Whenever anyone asks me for a recommendation, her name is the one I continue to give.

To say this Law firm is amazing would be an understatement! Jeff Johnson and Brenna Loyd and Eric Strickland have been a dream to work with! They have handled my case from start to finish including - divorce/custody, temporary protective orders, mediation, custody modification and even my personal estate/will. She is professional, energetic, charismatic, knowledgeable, and most importantly, empathetic of those she represents. She remains transparent and makes sure that when she goes to battle for you (if need be) that all bases are covered. She is always one step ahead of the game and ready for anything! I could go on & on talking about Ms. Loyd. Bottom line is having her is like having 3 or 4 attorneys on your side at once. She is definitely the best of the best. Brenna is someone you absolutely WANT to have on your side when it comes to a custody dispute. From day one of speaking with her on the phone I knew going with her was the best option. Not only did she actually listen to my case and handle it with such grace. I honestly felt 1000% more confident with her by my side than I did with prior represnetation. Her and her firm also have done nothing but made me feel as though I was her only client. I was beyond amazed, and impressed with the respect I was given, the reassurance I was given when there were small set backs, and just the all around friendship/professional attitude that she brought to the table. Especially during what is essentially could be one of the scariest, hardest and most frustrating times for anyone to go through. Believe me when I say this, my case was not an easy one at all. A few months ago I found myself to be a target of the one of the most oppressive and powerful entities in the Texas government- The Office of the Attorney General- Child Support Division. This out of control entity has little to no oversight and is empowered to wreck lives with NO REPERCUSSIONS. I tried to find someone in the OAG management to help correct the situation but that only escalated the attack against me and my livelihood. They seized my bank accounts and and placed liens against my property.Fortunately for me I turned to the law firm of Johnson, Loyd and Schmitz. Mr. Johnson put together a legal plan of action and moved quickly to provide relief to my situation.I put my trust and future into his hands, and just as David slew the Mighty giant Goliath-so Mr Johnson brought the mighty Office of the Attorney General to its knees.My life and property are now secure from improper confiscation and harassment from this entity.
