The Heltowski law firm has been so helpful and has always taken the time to pick up my phone calls to answer my questions or get right back to me asap. John and Anthony (Tony) are awesome! About 4 Years ago (2016), I invested in LLC for a real estate deal which had real estate lots tied to the LLC. John and Tony were able to walk me through the process from demand letters, Arbitration, $800k Judgement and was able to Foreclose on those lots and sell on the MLS. John as the attorney will represent you and ensure the facts are uncovered, client strategy meetings and push for closure. Tony is a diamond in a rough. Tony complements the practice with his foresight, knowledge, and the upmost integrity. These are the partners you need on your real estate investment team or protect you from foreclosure. Make No Mistake!!! - These two dual individuals and their entire on-hand staff are the best in Dallas and Fort Worth.
