My wife and I needed to create a Special Needs Trust for my disabled adult son. This was important to us and also overwhelming. Several larger firms had offices in Georgetown but asked me to go to their large downtown Austin office. Anyone living in Georgetown knows the hassle of traveling into Austin traffic. Heritage Law was referred by another law firm that did not do trusts or wills. They were close, professional and competitively priced. We could not be more delighted with the outcome. Keely carefully listened to how we wanted to structure our trust and made important suggestions that we would never had thought of. She brilliantly suggested we create a family trust with my sons special needs trust embedded within it. She worked hard and had it completed in just 2 weeks - sign sealed and delivered. I first went to Wendi Lester several years ago for help modifying a custody agreement. Since then, my husband and I have returned to her for estate planning for ourselves, for his late mother, and just recently for my parents.
