    My husband and I are in our 70’s and have had a need to update our previous wills. The last time we needed a will, it didn’t really turn out the way we wanted. So this time around we researched several law firms and asked more questions. We found out that some law firms would provide more than just a will. Some offered estate planning documents. These included guardianship, deed transfer upon death, hippa releases, and other documents that we were unaware were available, but most definitely documents we were interested in. However, some of the law firms contacted seemed to be rather abrupt when answering questions and preferred that we attach our previous will along with a short questionnaire from which they would write our will. As explained earlier we were not satisfied with our previous will.Then I called the Hatchett firm, their personnel patiently answered all our questions and assured us that they would work with us to achieve our estate planning goals. They were also the most reasonably priced as they bundled all the documents for one price. Some of the other law firms separated the documents and individually priced them, which made them too high for us to afford. Mr. MichaelHatchett was an immense help as is his staff. They worked with us on drafts in a timely manner to correctly fulfill our goals. We feel very confident that we now have documentation that will aid us both with our needs as we age. Another issue that is also very important to us concerned leaving our wishes as to the choices regarding our funeral arrangements, distribution of our estate, etc. for our loved ones in a clear concise manner so that there will be no misunderstanding as to our intentions upon our death.We consider Hatchett law firm to have fulfilled our needs with their estate planning bundle and know that if ever we were to need legal assistance, they would be the firm we would contact.I would highly recommend the Hatchett law firm.

    Approximately 6 months ago, I found out that I needed to do Probate for my wife, Evas estate. She passed 15 1/2 months ago. After initially hiring another firm which got me nowhere after over two years of working with them, I was less than confident that it would ever be resolved.     I needed an attorney to help me become my fathers guardian. I did not even know where to start looking. An attorney friend who lives out of state researched the Hatchett Law Firm and recommended them based on his research.I am the luckiest person since Hatchett Law and I started doing business together.I have no legal background.
