Hershel Chapin is experienced and highly knowledgable. We spent approximately 2 months interviewing attorneys that concentrate in collections with knowledge of family law to tackle this case. Hershel was our choice from the first phone call with him. He took our case on and within an 8 month time frame, was able to achieve the vision we proposed to him. Note, our case ended up requiring navigation through both state court and bankruptcy court proceedings which can be super challenging, but Hershel’s expertise was perfection. Hershel impressed me from day 1 when I submitted an inquiry through his website and he called me shortly after for a free consult even though it was after business hours for him. From that call, I was comfortable that Hershel was the right attorney to move forward with for my case.Hershel has extensive knowledge on debt elimination / bankruptcy which proved extremely helpful since he was able to not only strategize on the creditor rights positions that we should take to collect the debt but also knew how the other side might try to respond in order to not have to pay and relieve themselves of the debt.
