    I went through three different attorneys trying to get help with my LLC. All of the attorneys I reached out to were highly recommended. None of them followed through until I reached out to David. David reached out immediately to my inquiries and within a day, I had answers to all of my questions, and a plan of action in place. I received all of the necessary documents within a few days, and was final able to move forward. I cannot express how pleased I am with the customer service I received.     I hired David Willis to help review all the paperwork for my parents when they sold their home. The email based sign up and review process was extremely efficient and each request I sent was handled very quickly. David worked closely with the real estate agents and verified that everything was in order before my parents signed any of the documents. He also arranged for a special clause to be added to both the contract and warranty deed that added extra legal protection in the deal. I selected the full representation option and feel it was worth it for the thoroughness and peace of mind factors.

    Im an old school kind of guy so I prefer face-to-face meetings but David was only available for an online appointment when I needed him. After doing my due diligence, I knew David was the best real estate attorney so I hesitantly agreed to the online consultation...and I could not be happier that I did. David took the time to send over articles that answered the majority of my questions but also triggered many new questions. There was no way I could have thought of all my questions in a 2 hour face-to-face meeting.     I sent an email to David J Willis office regarding an entity I wanted to form. He and his staff were very helpful (guiding me to a solution that was a better fit and less expensive than the approach I was initially thinking about), efficient (regular communication flow and consistent progress without much back and forth), and provided quality work product (I am very pleased with the documentation we have in place and the corporate book really is impressive -- David said he thought I might think so and he was right).     I cannot say enough about the unbelievably thorough expertise Mr. Willis’ has in both Texas law and Real Estate Law. As a broker and active Realtor myself for 16+ years I found myself involved in a legal dispute between a buyer and seller and although I felt it was without merit I also knew I was not capable of responding on my own.     I found myself looking for an attorney to assist with the drafting of some basic real estate and business entities documents (warranty deed, assignment of membership interest, etc.), and a quick Google search led me to Mr. Willis site. I will note that some additional searching to vet Mr. Willis had unearthed a five year old lone negative review. Having found this, I worried for just a moment. When I actually read the review, however, I came to find that the reviewer was being quite unreasonable, that Mr. Willis and his staff had handled themselves commendably, and, seeing the review and their handling of the same, I found myself even more inclined to retain him. David responded promptly (over the weekend no less) and was a pleasure to work with.     Six years ago David guided me through selecting and then implementing an asset protection plan. We utilized the Nevada Series LLC and it works very well. I was sued by two major US banks. Both got six figure judgements against me. Neither one collected a dime. They both gave up trying to collect. Happy client here and have used David on some deed transfers of property.
