I had the opportunity to work with Matt Stegich and his team on a recent home closing for my client. As a local mortgage lender, I interact with numerous title companies on a monthly basis. Matt and his team knocked it out of the park. They were fast with communication and documentation, were on top of their process from start to finish, and made working with them a breeze.Many people think all title companies are the same. Awesome work. I want to give them 10 stars out of 5. We had a very difficult and complicated transaction that two other title companies werent able to go even one step forward. When I went to Chicago title Preston/Frankford they said this is what we do, we do closings all day, everyday and they were the only ones who did this difficult transaction go through. I close with Carolyn Winslett and couldnt be more pleased. She is courteous, efficient and professional. What pleases me most, is when I turn a contract in to Carolyn, I know I can rest assured that she and her team will handle every detail efficiently and properly. If and when there are issues I am notified immediately. Carolyn has been a wonderful title resource. When I have a title question she either knows the answer or researches and gets back to me promptly. You have a great asset in Carolyn Winslett!
