Please keep in mind this is during the COVID-19... everything was crazy and no one was really on top of anything... except for Melissa... she was on top of the situation. My case mattered to her. She said every client of hers receives the same care and attention that my case received. She delivered on her promise to us. The eviction proceeding was in our favor. Melissa was submittingpaperworks at 5:00 am in the morning for us. She contacted the Constable scheduled the eviction notice, and explained about the additional charge required for the writ. I can only say that there isstill justice in Houston Texas. Thanks to good police officers and good judges who serve our beautiful City of Houston I feel safe. I dont like to evict people especially during the COVID-19. But I had no choice... this person was abusive and was not paying her rent for 4-6 months evenbefore the COVID-19. I did what I had to do to take care of my property.I have been in real estate for 12 plus years of my life and a registered nurse for 30 plus years of my life and I never had to do an eviction. I learned to communicate, work through difficulties, and try to go above and beyond in helping others. This approach always prevented evictions.However, in this case it was not possible. There are tenants out there who are just beyond difficult and you need to evict them otherwise your property will be damaged, you will have financial loss, and experience overwhelming stress. If you have tenets that refused to leave and they are not paying the rent, reach out to Mellisa; I had an awesome experience I had tenets that were behind 4 months in rent and the husband kept giving me empty promises he told me he was going to move out on July 31,2020 I went to the house to get my keys he told me to give him the weekend to get his stuffs out and I did. On August the 4th I went back to the house and his wife call the cops on me. I file for eviction and we went to court on September the 9 and the Judge couldn’t get them out because I did not served them properly. So to avoid time and money call cheap eviction when I call and Mellisa and answer the phone I was mad stressed out that I couldn’t get this people to leave and I was paying there rent.
