    I am very satisfied I had Mr. Chavana represent me I was close to losing a couple thousand dollars on a lady that would not pay me for the work that was done. There was no poor workmanship they simply felt that they could have done it cheaper where they are from (even though they signed my estimate) and decided to ignore my calls and emails. I let Mr. Chavana take over the case, he put a lien on the property, and got me paid from someone who was wanting to take advantage of my business.

Case number #2017-03636 a very unfair case we had vs a contractor we hired to do work on our home that did an awful job. We had to pay a different contractor to get it fixed.
