    I love Josh and his amazing team at Carpenter Associates!Initially, I had hired an attorney for my child custody case and he let my ex walk all over me. I had to do all the reaching out to his office. His paralegal was nearly impossible to get in contact with, either by phone or email. And when I was able to make contact, I felt like my inquiries were an inconvenience to her.I felt so hopeless and scared and unsure of my next steps.Josh Carpenter was highly recommended to me by a friend, and so I decided to switch to him for my attorney.I learned very quickly the difference it makes between having a deficient attorney and having one who actually fights for you.Josh is a good man with a huge heart for people.     First of all, I want to start out by saying prior to going with Carpenter & Associates, I was represented by one of the worst law firms on record. They shall remain nameless. I was juiced out of $9132. I was represented by them for 5 months from June of 2023 to Nov of 2023. Desperate and running low on funds, I was steered to Carpenter & Assoc. by another law firm. I signed on with them in January of 2024. They were able to work with me and my dwindling funds and set up a payment plan.Well, fast forward to July of 2024. My case settled and I would like to reach out to a few members of their firm who played a very critical role in my case. First of all, I would like to express my thanks to Mr Bryan Bubis. He was brought on to my case after the original lawyer left. I was assured that he would do a great job for me. The well thought out strategy and patience regarding the outcome that would have greatly changed my financial future was OUTSTANDING!!! I was immediately put at ease after meeting Mr Bubis for the first time. I would also like to extend my thanks to Cathy Weathered. Her years of experience as a paralegal is INVALUABLE!!! I also spoke with Valerie Ramos who assured me that the firm is concerned with my plight and explained the Santeria issue going on in my house with the ex. Overall, I was very pleased with the outcome and the protection of my pension( 26 years with DWU) was very important and pivotal during this time. I bled a little but didnt bleed out as the ex was going for everything she could with no regard to my continued existence and welfare. Bryans maneuvering through the offers presented by the opposing counsel and the quick math that showed what she could get if we catered to them versus us sticking to our guns was very IMPRESSIVE!!!I am now in a position where I can help my mother financially and not have to scrape by every month.Oh and the firm I was with before....ran by a Mr Marguglio....I would not hire them to represent a dead cat.Sorry I went back on my word....but Im NOT

    WOW what an experience the receptionist Christina was amazing soft spoken and always cheerful and professional. And i have had bad experiences in the past dealing with lawyers but i must say i received a consultation with Ray and he was amazing and super informative and never talked to an more honest and knowledgeable person. He listen to all my questions and answered as well as calculated everything for me. He didnt make any promises but provided nothing but knowledge for me.     I had a situation where I needed an attorney with extensive knowledge in a fairly new type of civil case. When I got teamed up with Rachel and Victor I knew I made the right choice. Rachel not only stayed on top of my case, but also keeping me updated on everything little or big going on.     I was very impressed with the way Josh and Rachel handled my case and were able to get me out of my lease. After being harassed by my landlord for the entire year I lived in her home.... I had enough and hired Carpenter to help me out. Since the day I paid, Rachel made sure to email me and get thorough information for my case and always responded to me in quick manner. Mr. Carpenter is clearly insanely busy, but whenever he needed info relayed to me or vice versa, Rachel did a wonderful job of acting as the middle manVery humble guy to speak to, treated me like a buddy since the first phone consultation, not like a stranger with $$$$I initially only retained Carpenter because the price was half of what it would have been at a place up the road from me. Cheap price dont always mean cheap work! If I need Joshs help again, Id be willing to pay 2x what I paid this time.great people, great work, and great prices.     Kerri Rabson stepped into my case for my criminal and her and bill have done amazing.     This is a review of the attorney, Ray Chow and the Josh Carpenter lawfirm.. they were very responsive and made me feel secure working with me through my issues… I felt good being in their hands.. and anytime I was lost they were there to guide me… If you need people who know what they’re doing.. and have the time to dedicate to your case, then I would highly recommend these people because they are more than competent — not just able — but willing as well… which sometimes can be hard to find in a large lawfirm.. but this firm is just the right size..
