I used Bukowski for a number of real estate related matters, from real estate property tax appraisal challenges to insurance claims to a lawsuit. In each matter, Sean and his team not only exceeded my expectations, but was very reasonable on their hours and fees. I am all too used to lawyers over-billing me for hours worked. In the lawsuit I was part of, I switched from a major law firm to Sean and not only got the billings cut by more than half through this efficiency, but was able to settle the case in my favor in quick order. On the insurance claim side, Sean was methodical and, while it took months longer then I had hoped, the outcome was always worth waiting for (I used his services on a handful of different fire and roof claims). If I still did business in Texas, I would definitely continue using his firm.
