I seldom need legal advice, fortunately, but everyone should know a great lawyer - just in case. That circumstance arose for me last month. I own a rental property in the Woodlands and a new tenant started running a restaurant business out of the house in violation of the lease and HOA rules. Needless to say, with the noise and traffic, the neighbors were livid! After being told to cease the activities, the tenant was belligerent and continued. In short, I had a big problem.
