I only have great things to say about John Blazier and his team. Mr. Blazier put together my will and my fathers will. He also helped me in creating my LLC and submitting all the documents needed. Mr. Blazier and his team are very family forward/client forward and want the best for their clients. I refer Mr. Blazier and his team any time I can.I want to add, if it hadnt been for Mr. Blazer encouraging my father to update his will along with his medical power of attorney, I would have had issues. My father had a medical procedure that required me to make decisions for him. With the Medical POA and the HIPAA release, this would not have been possible. Mr. Blazier was a life saver and I cannot sing his praises enough.

John Blazier is a great asset to your business. I recommend John and his group. He has worked with C&E Property Management, Inc to help facilitate deals with clients. Recently John has helped us help a client affected by nearby construction. Their driveways access were blocked out and John helped write out a request letter to push the construction company to open the driveways access. We were able to get the driveway access open earlier then scheduled. You need John in your team.

Mr. Blazier is a very skilled listener, compassionate and always put his thoughts into what would be in the best interest of my wife, myself and our family. Mr. Blazier was very prompt and had everything completed within a week of meeting with him, he will take care of your family and is simply the best!!

Kent Vestal is the best lawyer I have ever known. Hes the kind of lawyer that REALLY has your back and I sincerely believe he cares about his clients. Excellent problem solver, quick on his feet, EXTREMELY knowledgeable, ability to assist in very tough negotiations, accessible, responsive, respectful of your time, and really tows the line for his clients. I fired two lawyers before I got to Kent. YUP, I did that. I will never look for another lawyer as long as Kent is still practicing. He really is all that and more

John sat down with us, reviewed everything, and helped us think through all of our planning needs, especially naming guardians for our son. I’m starting a business in the Austin area and was referred to them for all the legal startup advise from my grandmother who uses them for wills and stuff.Basically I hired them to do all the incorporation documents (normally easy - and they quoted me a fair price) well it’s not actually easy because I’ve been doing research for two years and know enough to ask FAR to many questions.John Blazier was so patient and answered literally everything as we went through 50 pages of legal documents almost line by line - after leaving his office for the SECOND multiple hour meeting (I have a business partners and above normal complicated finances) I get the impression from his staff I’m going to get billed again - John came up and said normally this is FAR more then the scope of things that’s covered (and I know it was) but he still decided to bill me at the normal rate for this sort of thing, when I easily took 3X the required time.The reason WHY he did this? I genuinely believe it’s because he liked us. And I don’t mean that like playing favorites - I mean it like, at this law firm they LIKE PEOPLE, he actively took and interest in MY LIFE, and decided he could help, and HE WANTES TO HELP - I can’t even express how confident I know and at being able to handle ALL OF MY TAX AND LEGAL ISSUES! AND ACCOUNTING!And I went in there for literally just document write ups and filings. He’s a good person. Their staff is good people. Five starts for sure. Will use for life
