Mr. Benn was communicative, knowledgeable, understanding, empathetic, and straightforward with our case and us. We could not have asked for better representation. 10/10 recommend.

Joshua Benn is a competent and experienced attorney who was recommended when a family member went into a nursing home. We had complicated property and Medicaid issues and he gave excellent counsel. My only regret is that I didn’t contact him earlier.
