    A very professional firm & great personal experience. I came to Saeed in a bind with the set up of my business. I set it up online using a discount service and mistakenly set some things up wrong. Saeed sat down with me and talked for almost an hour about my goals & priorities with the company. He presented me with several options to remedy the paperwork and amendments . Saeed prepared new documents and sat with me for hours going over the details ( at my request) of the legal language in our agreements. He filed everything with the state on my behalf and made the process very easy for me. I cannot say enough how great this experience was. His advice was absolutely invaluable. The delivery of our company binder was beautiful , organized and professional. I would not hesitate to use the firm again & it is perfect for new businesses needing sound legal counsel.

    Saeed was referred by our lawyer friend. We had a shared driveway issue with our neighbor. During the FREE initial consult, Saeed provides not only legal advises but great moral support over the issues and even saved our money by telling us whether we would have a case in court if wed pursue legal action. And he continues to follow-up with us though emails months after the consult.We later used his service for the driveway again, this time is to draft easements between all neighbors when we were selling our houses. Saeed was able to draft the easement quickly to meet our short deadline and he even came over to our house to notarize the easements for all the neighbors so we can expedite the finalization! We appreciate his professional guidence and great customer service. We look forward to meet with his partner for oir estate planning in the future!
